ABOUT ME
I am an independent, qualified and accredited Executive Coach focusing on leadership, professional performance and personal growth.
Drawing on my own experience in these sectors, I work with leaders primarily in Fashion, Luxury, Health & Beauty and Lifestyle, Creative, Media and Communications, and Private Equity.
During my 20 years in leadership positions, including CEO and Board roles, my strength in business was managing difficult stakeholders, bringing out the best in individual team members and building motivated high-performance teams even in the most challenging environments.
I typically work on a one-to-one basis, either directly with private clients or on company-sponsored assignments.
Having lived and worked in New York, Paris, Mainland China, Hong Kong, Australia and New Zealand, I am now London based, where I work with both local and international clients, either in person, by Skype, Zoom or telephone depending on what is most convenient for them.
In addition to executive coaching, I also act as a Business Mentor and Board Advisor.
